Integrated pedestrian door
The integrated pedestrian door is obtained inside the sectional door. Ideal for contexts where there is a need for pedestrian passages. Available in sizes L 800 mm and L 1200 mm complete with door closer, handle and panic bar and standard or 3-point lock. Possibility of a lowered walkable rail to facilitate the passage of vehicles on wheels.
Lateral pedestrian door
The lateral pedestrian door is made to measure with the same panels of the sectional door, complete with door closer, supporting structure in aluminium profiles and sealing gaskets on the entire perimeter. The double-leaf door is available on request, whereas the frame can be ordered with or without a frame.
Sectional garage doors mechanics
The garage doors can be equipped with two different types of mechanics according to the size and customer needs.
Box doors with TL mechanics represent the best solution for sectional doors of all sizes or equipped with accessories such as the integrated pedestrian door or structural reinforcements for large doors. The standard version of the TL residential mechanics is supplied with double upper track and front torsion springs (one spring for doors up to 3 m wide, 2 springs in the case of larger doors).
The required architrave is only 180 mm and the shoulders 100 mm. On request, garage doors with springs (150 mm architrave) or sliding for sloping ceilings or raised architrave can be supplied.
The R-40 system is supplied fully pre-assembled with tension springs, cables, and mounting accessories making the door extremely quick to install. Maximum measurements 3000Lx2500H mm.
The sliding garage doors with guide system with side-mounted springs R-40 ML offer a slim internal look and guarantee maximum useful height space inside the garage. In fact, an architrave of only 80mm is required if manually operated or 120mm in case of electric garage doors. 75mm shoulders near the door and a space of 150mm starting from 270mm beyond the light hole.
The garage door with guide system with springs mounted under the horizontal guides R-40 MS requires only 75mm shoulders along the entire length of the door. Similarly, the required architrave is only 80mm (120mm if motorized).
Personalisation and finishing
