All the informations are provided only for this website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.
DATA PROCESSING PLACE
The treatments connected to the web services of this site are handled only by personnel in charge of processing, or by people in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Personal data provided by users who request information or send informative material (newsletters, brochures, catalogs, responses to information, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties in the only if this is necessary for this purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
• Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These informations are not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the site: apart from this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
• Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and / or numbers) that allow the web server to store on the client (the browser) information to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or later, even after days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to user preferences, by the single browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Similar technologies, for example web beacons, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, can be used to gather information on user behavior and use of services. Later in this document we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies simply by using the term “cookies”.
• Types of cookies
The website www.apostoli.it also includes certain components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Also in this case these are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies).
Google Analytics uses “cookies” to collect and anonymously analyze information on the use of the www.apostoli.it website (including the user’s IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes it for the purpose of preparing reports for the operators of www.apostoli.it regarding the activities on the websites themselves.
This site does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) the Google analysis tool to monitor or collect personal identification information. Google does not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google nor does it attempt to link an IP address with the identity of a user. Google may also communicate this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
The user can disable the action of Google Analytics by installing on his browser the opt-out component provided by Google.
• Duration of cookies
Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or when the logout command is executed. Other cookies “survive” when the browser is closed and are also available in subsequent visits by the user. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is set by the server when they are created.
In some cases a deadline is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited. www.apostoli.it does not use persistent cookies. However, browsing the pages of the www.apostoli.it website, you can interact with sites managed by third parties that can create or modify permanent and profiling cookies.
• Cookies management
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies using the settings of his browser. The total or partial disabling of technical cookies can compromise the use of site features reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the usability of public content is also possible by completely disabling cookies. The disabling of “third-party” cookies does not affect the navigability in any way. The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. In addition, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for cookies “owners” and those of “third parties”.
OPTIONALITY OF DATA SUPPLY
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms of the website www.apostoli.it or indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or of other communications. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For completeness it should be noted that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority can request news and information for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases the answer is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. www.apostoli.it respects the EU Reg. 2016/679 and periodically adjusts the procedures for checking and processing data.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Chapter III, section III of EU regulation 2016/679).
You have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. Every effort will be made to make the functionality of this site as interoperable as possible with the automatic privacy control mechanisms available in some products used by users.
